1. Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted U.S.-based suppliers through our fulfillment partner DOBA.
Orders may ship from different U.S. warehouses depending on the product.
2. How long does shipping take?

Some items may arrive faster or in separate packages depending on the supplier.
3. Will my items arrive together?
Not always.
Because we source products from multiple U.S. warehouses, your items may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
4. Do you offer tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. What is your return policy?

7. Do you accept cancellations or order changes?

After that, the order may already be processing with our supplier and cannot be modified.
